We deliver to a few worldwide destinations, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below.

Destination Service Cost: TBC Depending on Countries. All the orders will be delivered by our courier partners, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, KARP JEWELLERY is obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions.
If you add a product to your shopping cart that we are not permitted to ship to the specified country, the site will automatically identify it and prompt you to remove it. To proceed with purchasing the item, would need to shipped to a different destination address.

R E F U N D S   &   E X C H A N G E S

If the jewellery does not fit then, we will be glad to change the particular item size to make sure it satisfies your needs.
However, the packaging and the label should not be destroyed and kept in perfect condition along with the receipt. Once returned we will be glad to replace the same item size.
KARP JEWELLERY will only classify items that have been received damaged and within 7 days from date of delivery.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear are not considered by KARP JEWELLERY to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you wish to exchange the faulty item we will only replace the faulty item with the same item and the same size. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced by KARP JEWELLERY. For more info you can email us on: karpjewhk@karpgroup.com
To exchange items for a different size can be done once logged in to your KARP JEWELLERY account, however you will need to pay duties and taxes on this depending on your country. This process should be done before 7 days from the date of delivery.
To exchange the item completely we would request a return of item for exchange. You can select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note, store credit is valid for 6 months from issue date.
Check our Return Policy. You will then receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for the next 7 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us. The packaging and the label and the receipt along with the jewellery shall be kept in perfect conditions for a store credit.
Your refund will either be credited in to your original payment method or you will be credited into your KARP Jewellery account.
For faulty items we will include shipping costs as well however, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through KARP JEWELLERY. However, You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs directly. We recommend you to hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back the duties.
Please be aware that refunds can take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on the process time. Unfortunately we cannot accelerate this process.
Please note that we will only accept refunds for faulty items within 7 days of delivery. Please make sure the receipt, the packaging and the item is kept in perfect condition and the labels are not destroyed.

Once you have browsed through our special items and have selected an item by clicking on the "Add to cart" button you can then click on the "Cart" button on the top right hand corner and the cart page will be displayed with you special selected item.
Simply now just click on the "Proceed to check out" button and follow the payment instructions to complete the transaction for the desired item.
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential.
To register at KARP JEWELLERY we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
Please note that KARP JEWELLERY may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals as well as style and lifestyle inspiration. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, you can unsubscribe in your email preferences. Please be assured that KARP JEWELLERY also only use agencies with a high reputation to make sure the website is safe and the card transaction is also safe.
